    • Size :
      114 cm
      Description :
      Head is flattened, not distinct from body. Body black to chocolate brown on dorsal surface, white on ventral surface. Tail short and tapered. Very iridescent under sunlight. Newborns have a white collar around the neck, but other than that, are identical to adults.

      Nocturnal. Semi-fossorial. Oviparous. Varied diet of rodents, birds, lizards, and other snakes.
