    • Size :
      4.5 cm SVL
      Description :
      Previously confused with Rana baramica.

      Dorsal surface brown with dark blotches, ventral surface pale coloured. Ear drum black. Upper lip white. Skin on back and sides warty, long and slender hind limbs, with tips of digits not flattened. Its call is a high-pitched "yip-yip-yip" and can be heard in the evening.

      Tadpoles are elongated and reddish.

      Nocturnal, terrestrial. Feeds on insects. Often occurs with H. Baramica.
