    • Plant Morphology :
      Foliage: The leaves are glossy and stiff with dentate leaflets overlapping downwards(succubous) and curving away from the leaf apex. Each leaflet has more than 3 teeth on margin and 2-3 spines on the tip. Leaf-base collar not present, basal leaflet reducing to spines.
      Habitat :
      Mainly found on coastal evergreen bushland and dry lowland forest, in sandy plains and rocky hill tops.
